Booking
Booking of the building's facilities, payment by appointment. Can be linked to bookings made in 'Conference meal'. Determine cancellation routines, opening hours, access control. Meeting room screens for meeting rooms outside and/or main screen (hardware is paid for and operated by the customer).
News
Option to send out news to tenants in the building, set up own tenant groups with custom news. The news can be configured with different degrees of importance and push notification.
Ad Hoc
Ordering shirt cleaners, flowers and other additional services through the building's reception/service centre. Orders are handled manually and invoiced through the ad hoc module.
Mission
Assignment is a simple deviation and notification service from user to building administrator. With this you can report deviations / errors / defects related to the operation of the building. Information, notification and receipt can be forwarded to a desired email address.
Settings
Settings of building information. Administrator sets up language, users, privacy policy, passwords, and administration of theirs, etc. Possibility to set up security (two-factor authentication). System for SAML that allows each contributor to manage their own rights.
